Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. You will be dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution. Your typical day will involve providing ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the system or application. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their technical issues and ensuring their satisfaction. - Troubleshoot system or application issues and provide timely resolutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical problems. - Maintain accurate documentation of client issues, resolutions, and best practices. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide effective support. - Assist in the testing and implementation of system or application updates and enhancements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required. Summary: As an Application/Cloud Support professional with primary skill in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management,MAC, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users and ensuring smooth functioning of applications. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting technical issues, resolving incidents, and providing timely support to users. Good knowledge of Mac OS and support with Microsoft intune/Jamf, who can develop, maintain corporate macOS images and software packages to Mac laptop and desktop clients. The person also need to administer Microsoft Intune and create packages for applications to deploy on systems across the globe. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to end-users for applications and systems, resolving incidents and service requests within defined SLAs. - Troubleshoot technical issues related to Microsoft Windows Desktop Management, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely resolution of incidents. - Act as the primary point of contact for application support, leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Primarily ownership of the EUC ticket queue, providing L1.5,2nd line technical support for IT incidents and problems. Working alongside vendors as appropriate to investigate solutions. - Expertise in using remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer, Remote Desktop Connection, AnyDesk, etc Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workplace Technology Solutions.Strong knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager/Intune, Jamf - Experience in providing technical support to end-users for applications and systems. - Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to Microsoft Windows Desktop Management/MAC. Understanding and managing and configuring the Intune connector and NDES servers - Configuration and Management of Various types of Profiles such Wi-Fi, SCEP Device restriction Profile in Intune for Mac devices and good knowledge using terminal commands and Bash scripts. - Strong collaboration and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. "JD SCCM Administrator (CL-10) Role : Senior SCCM Administrator ( CL-10) Role Description: Handling SCCM Infrastructure and Day-to-Day activities. Must have skill: System Center Configuration Manager. Good to have skill: MDT Image Management, Intune, Application Packaging Should have 6+ years of experience in SCCM Job Requirement: Key Responsibilities: · Ensure the effective support and delivery of system tools (SCCM, Intune) to support the transition to Windows 10 · Primarily ownership of the EUC ticket queue, providing 3rd line technical support for IT incidents and problems. Working alongside vendors as appropriate to investigate solutions. Tickets are to be owned until successful resolution. May include escalation management to third party vendors, including Microsoft Premier Support. · Patch Management and Windows 10 Servicing. · Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication, customer handling and inter-personal skills · Ability to work with customers in an advisory capacity around Modern Workplace, helping them to create their workplace strategy, with activities/tasks such as creating roadmaps and business cases · Ability to scope, plan and deliver projects to an agreed set of business requirements, cost, timescale and quality parameters. · Ability to apply advanced or expert knowledge in relevant technology solutions and strong business operational acumen in the context of clients’ business. · Ability to effectively team with peers in a large, matrixed organization, including experience with onshore, near-shore and off-shore delivery teams Technical Experience: · Implementation, Upgradation and Migration of SCCM to the latest CU or current branch and pack from existing one Administrating of SCCM Infrastructure, ADAPTIVA · Software Updates Patch Activity, OSD Deployment ,MDT , SCCM server administration, Application Package Deployment · Prepare and export Different Kind of Report, Antivirus Management, SCOM ,SCPM, Backup and Recovery, · Hyper-V, Antivirus Management working with collections · Advertisements, task sequences and PowerShell Scripts troubleshooting the SCCM issues, remediation and RCA analysis of high priority incidents day-to-day monitoring of the SCCM Infrastructure and Creating queries based on collections Patch management to an expert level · Working on OSDs, deploying OSDs and Image management through MDT is a must with USMT · Creation of SOPs, Documents in detail and updating them regularly is the core requirement working in length on client’s requirements and coming up with service improvement plans working as a team player · Support to SCCM infrastructure servers. (DP, MP, SUP, WSUS.) · Providing support on troubleshooting of SCCM client related problems. · Patch Management on those sites whom are penetrated in SCCM. · Deploying software packages using SCCM without user intervention, without giving pop-up to users and system reboot etc. · Software patching through SCCM for workstation clients. Manually patching for servers end only. · Prepared SCCM weekly dashboard. Troubleshooting with related log files. · SCCM Client installations through client push, manually & Group policy. · Client troubleshooting (Client installation issues, scan failed issues, failed to software updates, failed to download policies etc.) · Creation, modification & deletion of Device Collections. Creation, modification, deletion & protecting boundaries Bring automation wherever possible · Generating management information reports. Professional Attributes- Good communication skills required for interacting with Customer.
