Responsible for managing end-to-end operations for client deals and delivery capabilities for a complex offering.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize service quality and cost

Lead and mentor delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solution development and growth

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve delivery excellence

Program Management:

  • Owns program/campaign performance against sales targets, designs and implements sales execution process, delivers actionable insights from analysis of trends and market insights
  • Leads sales strategy discussion based on team performance and market response
  • Drives sales team performance by directly managing ISMs | SISMs, building a high-performance team, setting KPI targets, quality targets, designing effective sales and messaging strategy, and designing and executing and individualized performance optimization plan
  • Know the contract and check if requirements are complaint with
  • Ensure there is a CDP, BCP and BT plans in place and interact with support areas to ensure process and policies compliance
  • Ensure consistency of approach, operational rigor and timely execution of initiatives across all teams in any functional area (e.g. product adoption, advertiser incentive programs, staff incentive programs)
  • Drive implementation of continuous improvement or other cross-SMB business initiatives within their functional area
  • Create and define metrics and data frameworks to deliver any required reporting on performing or underperforming metrics

Financials:

  • Manage delivery performance as well as identifying and executing cost to serve opportunities
  • Manage financials, billings and works on Client proposals with Finance
  • Manage the contract renewal cycle along with the legal and contracts team

People Management:

  • Ensure the People Role in the team is performed as expected and there is appropriate manager to agent ratio
  • Create employee engagement, career development, performance management, HC assignment and reassignment
  • Manage low performance cases and make decisions supported by HR Partner and ER Lead
  • Drive engagement and keep low attrition in the team
  • Align with recruitment to hire the required backfills
  • Coordination with internal teams to remove blockers and enable the team with what they need
  • Follow Accenture performance process, strengths, Q12, mid and end of year review

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on digital inside sales programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).Advanced certifications in digital marketing, sales management, or leadership are a plus. 5-7 years of "relevant" sales leadership experience in an AdSales environment)
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale sales operations, driving sales growth, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Self-starter mentality that is ready to drive implementation of ideas and initiatives. The person must own and take tasks through to completion
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution, with the ability to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Deep understanding of digital sales strategies, including lead generation, CRM management, pipeline management, and sales automation tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and the role they play in digital sales pipelines.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and global clients, especially in an offshore or nearshore delivery model.
