You Are:

You will be responsible for managing the onshore SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) delivery team for a key client. This role focuses on leading the successful implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a primary emphasis on Employee Central (SF-EC), Recruitment (RCM), Recruitment Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding 2.0. The candidate should also have a solid understanding of SAP ECC modules, including organizational and user replication, Personnel Administration, and Payroll processes.

The HCM Onshore Lead will work closely with both onshore and offshore teams, manage client relationships, and align project goals with successful delivery. This role requires strategic oversight to ensure timely execution and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the onshore SAP SuccessFactors HCM team, focusing on SF-EC, Recruitment (RCM), Recruitment Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding 2.0
  • Serve as the primary onshore contact for the client, managing relationships and expectations
  • Oversee the successful implementation and support of key SuccessFactors modules, ensuring smooth delivery and configuration
  • Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure seamless task execution and communication
  • Monitor project deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure objectives are met
  • Align with client leadership on HCM strategies, particularly around Employee Central, recruitment, and onboarding processes
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to team members, ensuring best practices in technical delivery and project management
  • Manage and mitigate risks related to project delivery, scope changes, and contingencies
  • Maintain documentation, ensure compliance with project standards, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement and seek opportunities for enhancing service delivery and contract upsell.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with strong expertise in Employee Central (SF-EC), Recruitment (RCM), Recruitment Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding 2.0
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing HCM projects in a client-facing role
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC modules, particularly in organizational and user replication, Personnel Administration (PA), Organization Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll (PY)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical details into strategic business objectives
  • Previous experience within Utilities (or similar clients) is highly advantageous
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams
  • Experience with contingency planning and managing scope changes
  • The role will be Hybrid with 2 days onsite each week in Toronto, ON.
