About the role:

The service unit consists of a wide range of business functions and industry groups, and in Data & AI, we work from Strategy to Implementation where Data and AI are the focal points.
In your role as Data Strategist, you will be part of a team that works on projects to create Data and AI strategies, assess Data and AI business opportunities, or develop and optimize Data and AI operating models. It can also include supporting complex system implementations powered by Accenture that orchestrate and accelerate results by scaling Data and AI platforms for our clients.
Specifically, you can expect to:
- Define the business value that can be unlocked through Data and AI strategies and processes
- Advise clients on the opportunities and changes brought by Generative AI
- Build logical, understandable, and executable Data and AI strategies that resonate with stakeholders and drive business value
- Leverage your storytelling and business understanding to develop proposals for new initiatives and projects for new and current clients
- Analyze As-Is and design To-Be AI and Data architecture, tools and processes
- Communicate new data-driven insights to inspire and transform the way we do business
- Communicate technology, Data and AI solutions and their business value to C-level executives
- Engage in data discovery, form hypotheses, and test these with clients

We are looking for candidates who have experience or strong interest in Data and AI strategy implementations and thought leadership in the field. Ideal candidates will thrive in a collaborative environment and possess the ability and eagerness to mentor and guide colleagues within the team.
Ideal candidates will have:
- +2 years of relevant experience within Data and/or AI
- Understands the role of Data & AI in business and can identify Data & AI use cases
- Analytical Skills: Able to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Business Acumen: Understands business strategy and can align data insights with goals
- Adaptability and Learning: Interested in learning about and staying up to date with new tech and industry trends, so we can support our clients in exploring the opportunities these trends present
- Communication Skills: Can clearly convey technical info clearly to diverse audiences
- Technical Proficiency: Solid foundation in data strategy, programming, data modeling, and AI technology. Proficiency in multiple areas is a plus, but expertise in all is not required.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Relevant Science/Engineering/Business Master's degree with strong GPA
- Good written and oral presentation skills in English and Danish or another Nordic language
