As a Data Analyst at Accenture, you play a crucial role in developing and maintaining visually appealing dashboards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and ensuring seamless data workflows. Strong Strategy and Operations Specialist who can drive strategic initiatives, manage budgets, and support annual planning processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic thinking, proactive planning, and effective stakeholder management. This role requires a strong communicator who can navigate complex business environments and provide valuable insights to drive operational excellence

Responsibilities

  • Oversee budget planning and management processes, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Track and report on budget performance, identifying areas for cost optimization.

  • Experience in forecasting and revenue analysis- provide analysis on financial return of marketing

  • Autonomous worker able to collaborate with multiple teams, adapt to PST hours, and handle ad-hoc data analysis efficiently.

  • Anticipate potential operational challenges and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks. Stay ahead of the organization needs to drive continuous improvement.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective articulation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.

  • Track record in providing executive-level communications and decision support.

  • Optimize tools and processes for enhanced project efficiency.

  • Lead and manage strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive project success

Minimum qualifications

  • MBA degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Intelligence, Business Admin) or equivalent work experience

  • 4+ years of experience in a data driven environment as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst

  • Strong Data Storytelling with experience in data visualization tools (i.e. PowerBI, Tableau, Sisense, Looker Studio, QlikView, etc)

  • 2+ years of experience of analyzing marketing funnel performance

  • Advanced Google Sheets/ Microsoft Excel Proficient in Advanced SQL for data manipulation, automation and visualization

  • 4-5 years proven experience working closely with business operations and budget planning data

  • Proficiency in presentation and project management tools

  • Communication (including strong writing skills), Business Reporting, Data Analysis,

  • Strategic Thinking, Marketing & Sales Ops, and Change Management

  • Advanced English level
