The Work
As a (senior) consultant at Accenture Technology, you will work side-by-side with colleagues to support Financial Services organizations in the banking industry in becoming ‘high-performance’ organizations. This always includes a technology component and often it means that you’re working with new technologies such as Cloud, Data, and AI. Working at Accenture means that you will see many leading organizations in a short time and every project is a new challenge.
People - Will work in international and multidisciplinary project teams, together with the clients to bring the best of Accenture to our client and align Technology with the strategy and goals of our clients.
Processes - You will be involved in gathering requirements, design and/or implement technology best practices and supporting business and challenge existing ways of working and implement improvements where necessary with a focus on the delivery of large and complex (IT)projects.
Technology - You will work with different delivery techniques such as agile, scrum, SAFe and DevOps.
Data - You will have roles in programs and in project delivery which aim to improve data, but you will also use data in order improve current processes and IT architectures.
With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

Qualifications
Here’s what you’ll need
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree
More than 5 years of relevant work experience in banking or in consulting for banking clients with a preference (but not must have) for one or more of the following sub-domains:
Retail / Personal banking
Corporate Banking esp. Lending and Credit Risk
KYC / Compliance
Finance
Industry specific platforms/solutions especially Pega, Core Banking, Salesforce, nCino
Understanding of processes and nuances in the relevant sub-domain
Understanding of key technologies utilized in the relevant sub-domain
Excellent problem-solving skills
Driven to take on new challenges, and strive for excellence
Ability to quickly get to grips with new technologies and processes
Delivery experience either as Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Team Lead, Project Lead, Project Manager, Developer or Engineer
Experience with agile DevOps setting
Good communication skills required in English
Bonus points if you have
If you speak Dutch (C level proficiency)
A background in an IT environment
Strong analytics skills
A critical view on standardizing / optimizing business processes
