Job Description
- (Internal Role: Project Management III)
- Support the review and assessment of the existing project delivery processes and procedures, developing and implementing a program-wide approach to managing and communicating changes that impact organizational behavior, processes, and procedures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and manage the Change Management Strategy, ensuring that changes are effectively communicated and adopted across teams and programs. This includes identifying and addressing the human and operational impacts of process changes
- Lead the development and execution of communication and stakeholder engagement strategies to support the successful implementation of organizational changes, ensuring transparency and active participation throughout the change process
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and feedback loops to engage stakeholders, gather insights, and ensure their concerns and needs are addressed in the change management strategy
- Work closely with teams to design and implement effective training programs that ensure all stakeholders understand the new processes, procedures, and behaviors expected in the organization
- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of organizational changes, including tracking progress, adoption rates, and impact on performance and behaviors
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for refining change management processes and adapting them to new organizational needs
- Provide guidance on managing organizational resistance, fostering a culture of change readiness, and supporting leaders in managing team dynamics through transitions
- Ensure alignment of organizational change strategies with broader program objectives, policies, and compliance requirements
- Support the ongoing evaluation of change management activities and outcomes, capturing lessons learned to improve future initiatives

Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, with a focus on behavioral and process change in complex environments, preferably in the nuclear industry
- Project management/controls background would be an asset
- To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria for security clearance at a nuclear facility in Canada. This includes, but is not limited to, having a minimum of 5 years of verifiable work experience
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Licenses or Certifications:
- A recognized certification in Organizational Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent) is preferred
- Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience in leading organizational change initiatives, particularly in large, complex organizations or capital programs
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and change adoption
- Familiarity with the impact of organizational change on processes, procedures, and employee behavior
- Expertise in developing and implementing training programs to support change initiatives
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to analyze and assess the impact of changes on team performance and organizational culture
- Skilled in designing and tracking change management metrics, including adoption rates, resistance management, and performance improvements
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on practical solutions to complex issues
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management software
- Understanding of project management methodologies and their intersection with organizational change management
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience with conflict resolution and the ability to navigate and mitigate organizational resistance
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines with minimal supervision
- Keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
