The Work:
• Drive planning, management and facilitation of Confirmation Cycles and workshops to achieve expected outcomes
• Provide process expertise and lead Solution Confirmation workshops
• Drive process standardization within Functional Area
• Provide leading practice on Key Design Decisions and drive to closure with Global Process Owner and Subprocess Owners
• Confirm process scope and required customizations with Global Process Owners and Sub Process Owners
• Work with Solution Integration Architect, Global Process Owners, and other Functional Leads on Complex Solutioning for differentiated or highly customized processes
• Help the teams decompose, sequence, and prioritize deliverables
• Clear impediments for the Process Team
• Drive and support cross-team collaboration to develop an integrated end-to-end solution
• Continue to provide guidance and guardrails for the team so that solution is aligned to vision
• Review and sign-off on contractual deliverables within Functional Area
• Encourage innovation and problem-solving to address user concerns without customizations
• Support identification of test scope and verify that end-to-end processes are covered appropriately
• Work with Talent & Change on stakeholder engagement activities
• Help develop comprehensive cutover plan, encompassing business & technical activities for end-to-end solution
• Drive defect resolution and clear impediments

Qualifications

Here’s what you need:
• Minimum of 5 years working within the SAP Logistics space in the Retail industry including but not limited to SAP MM-LE , MM and SAP WM Modules including with experience in warehouse integrations to SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Transportation Management (TM) Systems
• Understanding of SAP delivery methodology with creation and maintenance of SAP MM, TM, and WM documents such as FD, CRD, BPD for RICEFW objects, Code & Configuration of the SAP RICEFW Objects
• Experience designing and managing SAP warehouse operations and integrations with third party WMS and 3PL logistics platforms
• Experience in configuration and management of inventory management including but not limited to movement types, physical inventory, cycle counts, and stock adjustments
• Experience working with Bonded Warehouses and Managing Bonded Inventory
• Experience working with Tax efficiency model logistical flows such as the Limited Risk Distributor Model
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (5-10 years of relevant industry experience OR 2-4 years of implementation experience)
• This role is in our Local ATCs (Montreal) and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week
• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus Points if:
• Experience understanding and working with the SAP Best Practice industry now templates
• Experience working with Signavio for business process flow documentation
• Experience working with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) is a plus
• Experience and working knowledge of SAP Transportation Management and its integration with third party Transportation Management systems for both inbound and outbound flows to the warehouse.
• Experience and working knowledge of global compliance and Trade systems for Import, Export Processes including Special trade programs and Trade Compliance processes
• Knowledge of and managing Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) master data and product /trade classification and custom valuations
• SAP Certification in SAP WM/EWM or TM is a plus
