Business Architecture Senior Manager for SAP Finance for Banking

Location: The role is available in different locations across Europe

Accenture Integrated Platform Team (IPT) works with local Accenture teams across Europe in strategic deals and engagements providing SAP market differentiation skills and industry specialization. Accenture is looking for an SAP expert to be based in Europe.

Job description:

You will - Join our pan European teams of SAP and banking specialists

• Supporting the client account teams across Europe to shape SAP deals, participate in pre-sales, recommend roadmaps, analyse, design, and deliver creative and innovative solutions tailored to client needs in the area of Core Banking Processes including Subledger and Finance Integration

• Define business cases and then to taking those through sales and into delivery

• Lead, coach, and advise project team members to deliver high quality services in line with our proven global methodologies and assets

• Helping our clients on implementation projects

• Keep up to date with current developments and trends in related SAP modules with roadmaps and features

• Constantly learn and bring new technologies and innovative solutions to our clients

• This an opportunity to join a European team of senior SAP experts with a focus on “thought leadership, origination, sales and delivery of large transformation SAP programs”

You Are -

• A skilled banking practitioner professional with a solid knowledge of business processes within the banking and lending area.

• You have or are keen to gain experience designing and implementing digital transformation in a functional and/or technical capacity with SAP for Core Banking focus on business process improvement and/or supporting technical solutions (e.g. savings/deposits, current accounts, payments, cards, loans, complex loans, subledger).

• You established yourself or you are aiming to establish yourself as a subject matter expert for core insurance and finance processes. You enjoy working in a team in different regions, countries and environments and coaching junior team members and/or people from other units.

• You understand that co-location with clients and teams is critical to innovation, and you are ready to partner at client sites. Proficiency in English is mandatory, proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.

Job Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Business Administration

• Minimum of 8 years SAP-accredited or certified experience in one of the following areas:Core Banking, Payments, Lending, Finance

• Up to date knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration

• S4 (SAP HANA) experience would be a plus

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Problems solving and Out-of-the-box thinking ability, directed at defining innovative solutions to satisfy customer requirements

• Ability to work based on objectives and goals.

• English at professional level + other European language

• Flexibility to travel
