This role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance.
You are:
- An experienced Consultant who has profound sales and delivery expertise in Energy Transition, worked extensively with clients in the Resources sector, especially for Energy Industry on end-to-end transition programs
- Particularly you have deep expertise in the following areas:
- Energy Transition and Sustainability strategy – Net zero roadmaps, sustainability operating models, regulatory frameworks, carbon pricing mechanisms
- Emission modelling & ESG reporting – Expertise in Scope 1–3 emissions analysis, carbon intelligence, zero routine flaring, and methane emissions mitigation, ESG reporting frameworks
- Clean technology and systems knowledge – Renewables, Hydrogen & PtX, CCUS, Biogas, Electrification, and grid integration
- Digital & AI-driven transformation – AI, automation, and advanced analytics to optimize decarbonization initiatives and clean tech deployment, digital transformation across the energy value chain, including smart monitoring and predictive emissions tracking
- Commercial and financial modeling – Business models, LCOE analysis, project finance, and ESG-linked investments
- Well versed with what it takes to win consulting work, allowing you to build trust and effectively partner with Accenture stakeholders to sell our sustainability & energy transition services to clients
The work:
As an Energy Transition Manager, you will provide sales support within our global Energy Network. This will include but is not limited to the following:
- Support go-to-market campaigns
- Prepare and elevate materials (e.g. Proposals, Stage 0, Analysis, Research, etc.)
- Bring the latest knowledge and best of content to each opportunity (e.g., industry trends benchmarking, competitive insights, etc.) inclusive of leveraging subject matter expert network
- Help shape solutions for our clients (approach, team, pricing, differentiators, etc.) to best fit the deal requirements
- Develop go-to-market assets
- Conduct reviews with client teams to identify areas of improvement and harvest deliverables
- Stay relevant through training, research, client interaction and feedback sessions
