A Supply Chain Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting data related to Supply chain operations to improve efficiency and performance. In this case this role is involved in Client’s Data Center projects such expansions, retrofits, Ops improvements, technical upgrades, focus on the Supply Chain and Sourcing processes and systems

Role Description

  • Intake of bugs and resolution for end-to-end Supplier qualification and onboarding process in the Client platform

  • Issue management and coordination of maintenance for the Supplier qualification client’s platform

  • Coordination of the Migration of the current Client’s Supplier qualification Platform to other system

  • Work with cross functional stakeholders (internal and external) to understand existing supply chain data and identify the ones to be tracked for driving business outcomes

  • Work with different stakeholder to conduct root cause analyses and communicate improvement recommendations

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any closely related technical or analytical field

  • Coding experience with SQL and/or BigQuery

  • Report/ Dashboard development experience in Tableau, Data Studio

  • Strong analytical skills, Advanced MS Excel, and demonstrated proficiency in developing and deploying analytical solutions

  • Strong background in KPI Dashboards development and automation and information systems management, and Good understanding of Supply Chain and key supply chain metrics which need to be tracked for project success

  • Strong visualization experience – charts, bars, images, dynamic reports etc.

  • Excellent Oral/Written Communication and Stakeholder management Skills

  • Self driven, ability to work in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision

  • Degree in Information Management Systems, Business or Engineering

  • Experience in Supply Chain or Procurement operations

  • Coding experience in Java/App script

  • Strong design skills in Interaction (User – Reports like navigation, drills, sharing etc.)

  • Experience recommending and implementing process improvements to bring value added and business outcomes
