Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions for business needs. Responsibilities: Implement and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions based on client requirements. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, and automation. Manage and optimize marketing automation journeys to nurture leads and drive conversions. Utilize Marketing Cloud features such as Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Content Builder effectively. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of marketing activities. Communicate directly with the client for any requirement gathering activity, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and objectives. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Marketing Cloud implementations and campaigns. Stay up-to-date with the latest Marketing Cloud features, updates, and best practices. Contribute to the development of best practices and documentation for Marketing Cloud implementations. Qualifications: Proven experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or any similar platform. Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices. Experience with audience segmentation, data management, and list hygiene within Marketing Cloud. Proficiency in building and managing marketing automation journeys. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Familiarity with SQL and data manipulation. Knowledge or experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Customer Data Platform - CDP), Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio), Datorama (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence) is nice to have Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Administrator, Developer, Consultant) are nice to have Candidate should possess a proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new technologies and expand their skillset within the Salesforce ecosystem.
