Digital Workplace & Microsoft Technology Roles

We are urgently hiring experienced Microsoft and Digital Workplace professionals to join our Cloud First team in New Zealand. If you’re passionate about delivering transformative employee experiences through modern Microsoft solutions and want to be part of high-impact, future-focused projects.
Whether you're a seasoned architect, technical expert, or a functional consultant, if you're ready to deliver innovative, scalable, robust, and secure Microsoft solutions that transform employee experiences, we want to hear from you!
We’re currently hiring across the following areas:
Azure Integration Technology Architect
Design and implement integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, and Azure Functions.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform/Bicep, and ARM templates.
Solid understanding of integration protocols and standards like REST, SOAP, OAuth, JSON, and XML.
Expertise in enterprise integration patterns: event-driven architecture, publish-subscribe, microservices, and serverless.
Microsoft D365 CE & Power Platform Technical Architect
Architect and deliver scalable Dynamics 365 CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Strong integration background using Azure Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and Azure Functions.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and leading CRM development teams.
Familiar with Microsoft tech stack: Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Azure, and Dataverse.
Azure Enterprise Architect
Lead enterprise-scale Azure cloud architecture across IaaS, PaaS, and cloud-native services (AKS, Functions, App Services).
Strong expertise in Azure Networking, Security, Azure AD, Storage, Compute, and Identity management.
Experience with Azure Synapse, Data Lake, Databricks, and DevOps automation (Terraform, Bicep, Azure DevOps).
Familiar with architecture frameworks: CAF (Cloud Adoption Framework), Zero Trust, and RBAC policies.
Microsoft D365 CE and Power Platform Functional Consultant
Configure and deliver Dynamics 365 CE modules: Sales Hub, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service.
Implement business process automation using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Model-Driven Apps.
Working knowledge of Dataverse, Power BI (basic awareness), and data migration/integration tools.
Experience with Forms, Views, Security Roles, BPFs, and agile delivery methodologies.
Consulting Experience & Client Advisory
In all these roles, you will be expected to:
Demonstrate strong client engagement and communication skills, translating complex requirements into business outcomes
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder conversations, and agile ceremonies
Contribute to internal capability building, coaching, and solution development
Operate in a dynamic, fast-paced consulting environment with a focus on innovation, quality, and value
