We are seeking a Next Gen Delivery lead with 13+ years with experience in the following skills:
Proven Leadership in Agile & DevOps Delivery - experienced in leading cross-functional multi-location engineering teams delivering high-quality software solutions, using Agile, scrum and DevOps practices, ensuring continuous integration, deployment and improvement. Champion best practices in software development and delivery.
Technical Expertise - Deep understanding of software development life cycles & modern engineering practices and appreciation of cloud platform capabilities, microservices architecture and automation tools to drive scalable, reliable and secure delivery.
Stakeholder & Delivery Management - Skilled in managing delivery roadmaps, aligning business and technology goals, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project execution.
Technical Leadership – supporting the Next Gen Engineering/Software and Platform Engineering lead with hiring, career development, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
Strategic Problem Solving – Demonstrate a broad knowledge of technologies and make pragmatic, informed recommendations that align with business objectives.
Business Development & Growth – Confidently present to clients, showcasing expertise and innovative thinking.
Quality Assurance & Technical Excellence – Deliver technology solutions that are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
Building a Strong Network – Develop meaningful relationships across Accenture and the wider industry, enabling collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and impactful client solutions.
Clear Communication & Storytelling – Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences. Develop compelling presentations and written materials.
Analytical & Critical Thinking – Assess and evaluate information effectively to make informed decisions and drive innovative solutions.
