Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will also perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work, contributing to the overall success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the team in implementing best practices for software development. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in software development. - Mentor junior team members and help them grow in their roles. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OutSystems. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. - Experience in designing and developing scalable applications. - Knowledge of relational databases and SQL. - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving in software development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in OutSystems. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
