Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Job Summary: The Senior Manager - ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of ServiceNow solutions. This position involves overseeing complex projects, driving strategic initiatives, and managing a team of developers to ensure high-quality solutions that align with business goals. Roles & Responsibilities: • Leadership and Strategy: o Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with organizational objectives. o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements, converting them into actionable ServiceNow solutions. o Create and drive the roadmap for ServiceNow capabilities, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation. • Development and Customization: o Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows. o Customize ServiceNow to meet business requirements using scripting, configuration, and integrations. o Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of the ServiceNow solutions. • Team Management: o Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, promoting a collaborative and innovative work environment. o Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables for successful project execution. o Provide technical guidance and best practices to the team. • Process Optimization: o Identify and implement process improvements and automation using ServiceNow features. o Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to streamline workflows. o Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, customizations, and workflows. • Governance and Compliance: o Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. o Implement governance practices for ServiceNow development and use. Professional & Technical Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred. • 9+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, including at least 3+ years in a leadership role. • Expertise in ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps. • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, and other scripting languages used in ServiceNow. • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and third-party tools. • ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are highly desirable. • Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and Agile methodologies.
