Role Description
We are seeking motivated and proactive professionals with exceptional skills in PLM tool implementation, technology adoption, and business process optimization to deliver quality results for our clients. As a PLM Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of PLM platforms while driving alignment and collaboration across all stakeholders involved in the product lifecycle process
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with key stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, assembly, quality, and other relevant functions to define and align on business processes supported by PLM tools.
Conduct stakeholder identification, activity analysis, and process mapping to design and implement optimized workflows that leverage PLM capabilities.
Deliver comprehensive training programs to enable teams to effectively use the PLM platform, ensuring a clear understanding of its role in the product lifecycle process.
Facilitate technology adoption workshops to address resistance to change, foster user engagement, and highlight the benefits of process improvements enabled by the PLM system.
Drive the alignment of PLM processes with business objectives, including workflow optimization, communication channels, and inter-departmental collaboration.
Develop and implement strategies for business process modeling, ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance with industry best practices.
Monitor the adoption and usage of PLM tools, collect feedback, and identify areas for further improvement or customization to enhance user satisfaction and process efficiency.
Serve as the primary liaison between the PLM implementation team and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Create and maintain documentation of workflows, stakeholder activities, and training materials to ensure long-term usability and process standardization.
Advocate for the importance of PLM tools in improving product lifecycle management, cross-functional communication, and internal activity optimization.
Additional Responsibilities (as needed)
Support the preparation of proposals and business cases for PLM adoption and expansion initiatives.
Contribute to the development of PLM adoption strategies, communication plans, and change management approaches.
Assist with the development of training materials, videos, and hands-on sessions to enhance user engagement and learning.
Logistical Details
Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree completed; MBA is highly desirable
Mandatory: Advanced level of English
Availability to travel may be required.

Preferred Experience
Experience in implementing and deploying PLM platforms, with a focus on technology adoption, training, and stakeholder alignment.
Hands-on experience in business process modeling, mapping workflows, and aligning them with PLM functionalities.
Familiarity with PLM systems such as Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE, PTC Windchill, or SAP PLM, and their integration into product lifecycle processes.
Experience in leading training sessions, workshops, and adoption initiatives for large user groups across multiple departments.
Knowledge of stakeholder identification and activity analysis to tailor solutions to diverse business needs.
Deep understanding of cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and related functions.
Exposure to change management principles and methodologies for driving successful adoption of new technologies.
Experience in creating and maintaining training materials, user guides, and process documentation.
Knowledge of industry best practices in product lifecycle management and the importance of cross-departmental alignment.
Familiarity with data-driven decision-making to monitor and measure PLM adoption success.
