You Are:
Remittance Processing Lead - Technology/Financial Services
The Work:

Conduct quality control reviews for components slated for production migration, ensuring compliance with project standards and readiness criteria.

Perform comprehensive system development activities within Mainframe application software, including analysis, estimation, design, coding, testing, and implementation of IT solutions.

Manage legacy institution conversions using the Remittance Certification process to facilitate accurate and efficient data migration.

Collaborate closely with clients and business stakeholders to implement streamlined Remittance conversion processes aligned with organizational objectives.

Execute unit testing for institutional conversions, ensuring alignment with defined timelines, requirements, and quality standards.

Partner with client teams to deliver vesting services tailored to institution-specific service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring seamless onboarding and integration.

Gather and interpret business requirements to configure control files and perform precise calculations of vesting percentages.

Conduct rigorous unit testing and validation of vesting data files to ensure data integrity and system accuracy prior to deployment.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
Here's what you need:
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in Mainframe operating environment including programming languages (COBOL), and major IBM subsystems and technologies including (CICS, VSAM, JCL, DB2/zOS and others).

Minimum 10 years of experience with Mainframe batch processing and file processing experience.

Minimum 10 years of experience with distributed systems, languages and relational databases (Java, Linux, Oracle, SQL)

Prior experience supporting the Financial Services industry or related fields

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an associate degree with 6 years of work experience)
Bonus points if:
-
You have retirement industry experience including remittance, contributions and other services like eligibility, vesting, hardship, etc.

You have operating familiarity with FIS’ Omni Defined Contributions (OmniDC) licensed software and processing environment

You have experience working with business operations and client-facing teams
-
You have Data analytics experience including Python programming
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
