Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: Experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist required with a strong background in implementing and managing MDM solutions, using the Semarchy platform is an advantage. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, and maintaining MDM systems, with a focus on data governance, data quality, and data integration. This role is key to ensuring the consistency, accuracy, and integrity of our organization's critical business data. Key Responsibilities: - MDM Solution Implementation: Lead and assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of **Semarchy MDM** solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives. - Data Governance: Implement and enforce data governance frameworks, ensuring that master data is standardized, accurate, and in compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. - Data Modeling: Design and maintain logical and physical data models for master data entities, ensuring that data structures are optimized for usability, consistency, and performance within Semarchy. - Data Quality Management: Monitor and improve data quality through the development and enforcement of data quality rules, validation processes, and metrics within the MDM platform. - Integration with Source Systems: Collaborate with other teams to integrate **Semarchy** MDM with various source systems (ERP, CRM, legacy systems, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow and consistency across platforms. - Metadata Management: Manage and maintain metadata to provide visibility into the lifecycle of master data and ensure its alignment with business processes and reporting. - User Training and Support: Provide ongoing support to business users on MDM best practices, data management tools, and data governance processes. Conduct training sessions to promote best practices in using the MDM system. - Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance MDM processes and optimize the use of Semarchy MDM. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in MDM technologies. - Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with data stewards, business analysts, IT teams, and business users to understand master data requirements, document them, and ensure they are translated into system capabilities. - Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Address and resolve data-related issues, including data discrepancies, integration errors, and data quality issues.15 years full time education
