Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance application functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analysis & Interpretation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Engineering. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets. - Proficiency in data visualization techniques to present findings effectively. - Experience with statistical analysis tools and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analysis & Interpretation. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A Minimum 15 Years of Full time Education is required.Minimum 15 Years of Full time Education
