We are looking for Senior Business Analyst who will oversee capacity planning and headcount requirements to meet forecast needs, achieving business targets, optimizing efficiency, and managing costs. This position requires effective collaboration and communication with various stakeholders regarding forecast data and future headcount plans and requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage capacity planning and headcount to meet forecast requirements, business targets, and optimize efficiency and costs.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders for forecast data and headcount plans.
Assess capacity, calculate required headcount, analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements.
Balance headcount across accounts, using data analytics to provide actionable insights.
Communicate plans and forecasts, share capacity views, and drive improvement initiatives to optimize capacity and ROI.
Identify and recommend solutions based on staffing analysis and projections. Work with the planning team on budget assumptions, analyze shrinkage, and provide efficiency measures.
Analyze forecasts and headcount movement to drive resource strategy decisions, prepare reports, and support users of the forecasts.
Collaborate with departments to gather information, build relationships with stakeholders, stay updated with planning techniques, and benchmark capacity activities.
Identify areas for improvement and communicate with teams to solve problems and generate ideas.
Skills and Specifications:
Effective communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to adapt to changing project scopes, priorities, and timelines while remaining focused on delivering quality outcomes
Understanding of business processes, workflows, and industry specific knowledge to align solutions with organizational goals and strategies
Managing relationships and expectations among diverse stakeholders
Problem solvin
Expertise in gathering, documenting business requirements, creating functional specifications and user stories
Capability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives and propose innovative solutions to address business challenges
Familiar with business analysis tools, data analysis software and an understanding of software development methodologies Agile, Waterfall, etc.
Education and Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in the field
English C1, German B1
Statistics and forecasting knowledge
Very good command of MS applications: Excel (pivot table creation, usage of advanced functions & formulas, etc.), PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI
Knowledge in tools: Citrix Tool, SharePoint
