Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage with clients to ensure the smooth operation of systems and applications. Your day will involve troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, and maintaining high-quality service standards. You will utilize your communication skills to interact with clients effectively, ensuring their needs are met and any technical challenges are resolved promptly. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by clients. - Document and track issues and resolutions to improve future support processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability. - Provide training and support to clients on system functionalities and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in IT Troubleshooting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients effectively. - Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in IT Troubleshooting. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
