Regulatory Reporting Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accountability for timely and accurate completion of Accenture's SEC and other regulatory filings, including Accenture plc Form 10-Q/Ks and Accenture plc Irish Statutory Financial Statements.
- Manage extensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) taxonomy selections and maintain accountability for timely and accurate XBRL filings for Accenture plc.
- Manage tool that houses Accenture's SEC filings and other regulatory filings.
- Review and/or prepare selected quarterly and annual sections of the Form 10-Q/K and Irish filings, including footnote disclosures and Management's Discussion & Analysis information.
- Manage supporting documentation for Form 10-Q/K and Irish filings.
- Supervise, coach, mentor and review work of Associate Manager and Specialist and others that support the Regulatory Reporting team.
- Ensure support to key customers, including Corporate Communications, Investor Relations, Legal and other Finance teams, such as Tax and Treasury.
- Key contact for external auditors' during quarterly review and annual audit processes, including management of quarterly rep letter.
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls related to SEC filings.
- Work with Policies Team to monitor, understand and identify potential impact of new accounting and SEC standards on financial statements and disclosures.
- Assist with completion of special regulatory filings (e.g. Form 8-Ks and other SEC filings) and other annual deliverables (i.e. Annual Report to Shareholders, proxy and sustainability reporting).
- Manage year-end pension accounting process along with Accenture’s third-party actuary and local controllership teams.
- Participate in special projects as assigned by senior management.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

CPA certified

Minimum 7 years of experience in Accounting
Preferred Qualifications:

Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements

Demonstrated leadership in professional setting

Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

SAP and/or Workiva experience

Public accounting experience

Previous technical accounting research experience

Strong Excel skills
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
