• You'll manage the commissioning process on various in-house small to medium sized projects.
• You'll perform Commissioning design reviews, submittal reviews and closeout document reviews.
• You'll create pre-functioning and functional checklists and commissioning plans.
• You'll conduct Commissioning meetings and managing the commissioning process for assigned projects.
• You'll perform field observations and functional testing.
• You'll document and track test results on issue resolution logs.
• You'll create commissioning deliverables such as final commissioning reports.
• You'll assist in the review and development of staff training and continuing education opportunities.
• You'll act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Project Manager of Commissioning.
• Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

$146,545 - $161,200 a year

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering, architecture or construction management
• Eight (8) years full time paid professional experience in commissioning

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience in design or construction management with a focus on mechanical systems
• Engineer-In-Training Certification or valid CA Professional Engineering License
• Industry- recognized energy management certification
• Working knowledge of building code, CHPS, and commissioning requirements
• ANSI commissioning certification (CxA, CxT, BCxP, Certified Commissioning Professional)
• Extensive knowledge of building, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
