HR Partners support the HR needs for the individuals in their groups as needed. HR Partners supporting Avanade will be fully focused on providing HR support for the Avanade business.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individual employee and leader coaching and guidance
- Manage key, large scale HR processes – for example performance achievement process.
- Accountable to take issues to closure in the areas of career development, engagement, compensation, training, performance achievement (performance counselling).
- Help build a community for people with similar skills/client focus for the groups they support
- Play a key role as a regional onboarding coordinator.
- Work closely with the Talent Strategist and business on the execution of the talent strategy by understanding talent priorities and talent programs to make employees aware of specific opportunities.
- Use data and storytelling to deliver insights to the business around key talent related metrics.
- Collaborate with other HR teams to understand talent priorities and to develop and execute strategies and actions around inclusion & diversity, employee experience, and learning / up-skilling.
- Deliver 360° value by looking for automations and efficiencies that elevate the employee experience and enhance the way we work.
- Leverage the employee listening strategy and action planning to support employee engagement and strategic people programs
- Provide support for employees so they can be proficient in their own self-service support
- Accountable to take issues to closure in the areas of career development, engagement, compensation, training, performance achievement (performance counselling)
- Capture and effectively escalate moderate/serious ER concerns to central ER to collaborate on investigations & resolution management.
- Collaborate with Talent Strategist to understand talent priorities and talent programs to make employees aware of specific opportunities.
- Work with the scheduler as necessary to provide insight into employee aspirations & coaching people on “best fit” roles
- Work with Global Mobility team on Visa escalations, work permits, immigration matters
- Liaise with Employee Relations, Legal and People Mobility to ensure compliance with local laws and practices.
- Work with business leaders to identify and propose the right talent for development programs.
Job requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business Administration, psychology, related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2-8 years of prior experience in Human Resources
- Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy implementation.
- In-depth understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong leadership, team management and coaching skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategies human resources initiatives
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and develop data-driven solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and employees
- Familiarity with talent management, organizational development and change management
- Ability to take initiative and drive HR projects forward
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and environments
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Advanced level of English (mandatory)
