Overall Purpose of Job

Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to multiple Managing Directors. Independently complete a variety of assigned tasks—both routine and transactional—in alignment with established guidelines and objectives. Operate effectively within a team environment while working under general supervision to support business goals.

Responsibilities / Authorities

  • Utilize the GPH tool and Outlook to receive, track, and process service requests.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Managing Directors.
  • Support delivery tasks including scheduling conference calls and meetings, reserving office space, and arranging travel logistics.
  • Handle administrative processes such as reporting, managing the People Mobility Tool, processing time and expense reports, and handling invoice submissions (Buy Now).
  • Prepare reports and documents in accordance with company guidelines; assist in training and supervising other support staff.
  • Maintain effective customer relations through responsive and professional communication.
  • Conduct research and gather information from designated sources as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives across the Philippine Delivery Center.

Educational Requirement:

Must have:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or relevant business experience

Skills and Work Experience

Must Have:

  • 1 year executive assistant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications; adaptive to working tool
  • Understanding machine learning models (using co-pilot), or operating AI tools effectively
  • Good communications skills, meticulous attention to detail
