We focus on client adoption of disruptive technologies, technology architecture and providing specialized skills related to integration, custom software engineering, testing, application modernization, agile and more. We help our clients with the most complex projects including working in open web platforms, DevOps platforms as well as intelligent Computing and Architecture enhancement.

WORK YOU’LL DO

As a Systems Architect Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and ensure seamless data flow and seamless data flow and work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

System Design & Architecture:

  • Design, implement, and maintain system architectures for the listed applications and platforms.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance optimization across systems.

Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Provide technical support and resolve issues related to the listed applications and platforms.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid recurring issues.

Process Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Implement best practices to optimize merchandising operations, corporate financial and HR processes supply chain, warehouse, and transportation operations.

Documentation & Training:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for system configurations and processes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and team members as needed.

Compliance & Security:

  • Ensure systems comply with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain system integrity.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4-7 years of experience in system architecture, implementation, or support within a complex retail or corporate enterprise environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in 2-3 of the following applications and platforms is required, with additional experience in others considered a plus.
    • Stibo MDM
    • Blue Yonder
    • PeopleSoft Financial
    • Workday

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of retail merchandising systems.
  • Proficiency in system integration, data flow management, and process optimization.
  • Knowledge of master data management (MDM) principles and tools.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and HR platforms like PeopleSoft Financial and Workday.
