Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work towards implementing solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration, Microsoft Azure Windows Virtual Desktop. - Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and their application in business environments. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues. - Familiarity with scripting languages to automate tasks and improve efficiency. - Knowledge of network protocols and their impact on application performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
