Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for actively participating in team discussions and providing solutions to work-related problems. Your typical day will involve independently performing tasks and becoming subject matter experts in the field. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference purposes. - Participate in on-call support rotation to address critical issues. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in ServiceNow - Strong understanding of ITIL framework and incident management processes. - Experience in scripting languages such as JavaScript and PowerShell. - Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries. - Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
