Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the successful delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Program Management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in stakeholder management and communication. - Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Proficient in using project management tools for planning and tracking progress. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Agile Program Management. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
