This role is designed for an experienced marketing professional who will be responsible for driving the development and execution of Accenture's talent brand strategy across diverse markets. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive, localized campaigns and experiences that enhance Accenture’s reputation as the employer of choice, ensuring a consistent and compelling narrative for potential and current talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Cohesion & Market Relevance:
Deeply understand Accenture’s global talent brand and integrate it with local market dynamics to develop a cohesive and relevant core narrative. This narrative will emphasize Accenture as the leading organization for personal and professional growth, irrespective of career stage, while ensuring alignment with local cultural and market nuances. - Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Collaborate with the strategist to develop and execute marketing campaigns, core strategies, and key assets that align with market-specific needs, targeting various talent segments (e.g., campus, apprentice, experienced hire). Ensure these campaigns effectively attract and engage top-tier talent. - Data-Driven Insights:
Utilize data and insights to inform marketing strategies, optimizing candidate experiences and driving ROI across all touchpoints. Monitor campaign performance and continuously refine approaches to meet established objectives and metrics. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work in partnership with local HR and Marketing & Communications (M+C) Strategy teams to iterate on the marketing approach and ensure alignment with organizational needs. Provide valuable feedback to ensure market and talent relevance across all workstreams. - Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
Assess and monitor the performance of all marketing programs and campaigns, ensuring they meet objectives, KPIs, and budget requirements. Adapt strategies as necessary to drive desired outcomes. - Internal Communications:
Lead internal communications initiatives to support employee engagement and optimize the employee experience, enhancing Accenture’s internal brand presence. - Creative Development & Execution:
Develop messaging and creative assets that resonate with target audiences, ensuring alignment with Accenture’s values and culture at every stage of the candidate journey. - Project Management:
Lead and manage projects, ensuring all campaigns and marketing activities are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic marketing initiatives.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills and experience developing innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Extensive experience in integrated marketing, branding/positioning, advertising, and campaign management.
- Expertise in graphic design with the ability to create compelling visual assets to support talent marketing campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of executing complex projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability to shifting priorities.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, talent branding, or a related field, with a focus on integrated campaigns and brand strategy.
