Our Operational Technology (OT) team helps clients protecting their industrial environments and critical infrastructure from cyber threats. An OT / ICS security delivery lead provides advisory and technical expertise to help our clients securely design and deploy industrial control systems and operational technology. You will provide subject matter expertise and utilise your business acumen to work collaboratively with our clients to advise, design, build and implement pragmatic industrial control system security solutions.

In our team you will:
Experience working within the Resources sector covering Energy, Utilities, Chemicals and Natural Resources. Our clients include critical national infrastructure and clients of national significance with both IT and OT cyber risks.
Experience working with non-CNI clients in other sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace and defence helping solve complex OT security challenges.
Learn skills to implement security compliance measures to complex technical transformation and capability enhancement projects
As an OT Security Delivery Lead you will:
Take charge of securing industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA systems, and other critical infrastructure against evolving cyber threats. This role is integral in implementing robust security measures, conducting in-depth risk assessments, and responding to security incidents within Operational Technology (OT) environments for our clients. You will lead the successful delivery of OT Security projects, managing and mentoring Accenture teams, while closely collaborating with client leadership, engineering, operations, and IT teams to ensure the continuity and resilience of mission-critical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex security projects in regulated OT environments, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and security standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Accenture’s OT Security delivery to client stakeholders, cultivating trust-based relationships and ensuring seamless project execution.
Mentor and develop Accenture team members by providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and opportunities for skill-building, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within OT security projects.
Contribute to Accenture’s growth and thought leadership in OT security by driving business development efforts, building new client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand Accenture's footprint within existing accounts.
Conduct cybersecurity strategy assessments, readiness evaluations, and discovery workshops, leveraging industry security frameworks, compliance mandates, and security operations best practices.
Provide expert-level guidance on security compliance, delivering actionable advice and support to both technical teams (engineers, IT) and non-technical stakeholders (management, clients).
Identify and articulate risks at the project, business, and technical levels, delivering proportionate, cost-effective risk mitigation strategies.
Create and deliver key project deliverables, including threat and risk assessments, security policies, procedures, security assurance management plans, and compliance accreditation evidence.
Introduce holistic, scalable security compliance frameworks to client projects, integrating both technical controls and procedural governance.
Perform detailed analysis of Industrial Control Systems (SCADA, DCS, IIoT) architecture and infrastructure, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending improvements.
Design and implement robust cybersecurity solutions tailored to the unique needs of Industrial Control Systems, ensuring secure operations.
Develop and implement ICS security control frameworks, incorporating industry best practices, international standards (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443), and applicable national regulations.
Enhance ICS security management processes, ensuring continuous improvement of security posture within client organisations.
