Project Role Description : Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.

Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, applying your expertise in technologies and methodologies to support projects and clients effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring that the software solutions meet the required standards and contribute to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals. - Lead the design, development, Migration and implementation of SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. -Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. - Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations, including security and data privacy requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. -Extensive experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other SAP modules such as SAP MM,SAP WM, SAP PP, and SAP QM. -Experience of working in SAP WM/EWM Migration projects is good to have. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS), SAP ABAP Development. - Strong understanding of supply chain management processes and best practices. - Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP and Agile. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies. - Experience with system integration and configuration. - Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving within software systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM. -The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience of which 7 years of experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
