Technology-Network Support Engineer

· Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot DDI (DNS, DHCP, and IPAM) infrastructure.
· Monitor and manage DDI services to ensure high availability and performance.
· Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and configuration changes.
· Implement and enforce security policies and best practices for DNS and DHCP.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network infrastructure and integration.
· Provide technical support and resolve incidents related to DDI services.
· Perform basic network operational tasks, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and assisting with network-related incidents.
· Manage and optimize configurations for public DNS.
· Maintain documentation for DDI configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
· Participate in on-call rotation and perform maintenance during non-business hours.
· 3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer with hands-on expertise in DDI solutions.
· Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.
· Experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise-grade DDI solutions.
· Understanding of TCP/IP networking, subnetting, routing, and firewall concepts.
· Hands-on experience with public DNS providers.
· Experience with automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, or similar) is a plus.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
· Willingness to work during non-business hours for scheduled maintenance and emergency troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with cloud-based DDI solutions.
· Familiarity with security best practices for DNS and DHCP.
· Certifications (network related).

· Must be willing to work outside regular business hours as required.
