You will also focus on evolving predictive and intelligent testing approaches through automation and innovative testing products and solutions, ensuring high-quality outcomes in software development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency. - Identify and document defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues. - Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies and tools to align with industry best practices. - Provide training and support to team members on testing tools and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Cloud Data Migration Testing. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), DevOps. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience in developing automated test frameworks and tools. - Proficient in scripting languages for test automation. - Ability to analyze complex systems and identify testing requirements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Data Migration Testing. - This position is based at our Manila office.
