You will also focus on evolving predictive and intelligent testing approaches through automation and innovative testing products and solutions, ensuring high-quality outcomes in software development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency. - Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality. - Continuously evaluate and implement new testing tools and methodologies. - Mentor junior team members in best practices for test automation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Cloud Data Migration Testing. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), DevOps. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Proficiency in scripting languages for test automation. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. - Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Data Migration Testing. - This position is based at our Manila office.
