Our Life Sciences Supply Chain and Manufacturing practice helps clients to transform their end-to-end supply and manufacturing capabilities to be patient centric and an enabler of growth.

What would you do?

  • Most of the team works on one project at any given point in time, typically as part of a larger core team working on a priority.

At a Manager level, it could be:

  • Lead workstreams and projects in Life Sciences Supply Chain and Manufacturing driving business and technology transformations with a focus on upfront product development and transition from R&D into commercial manufacturing. Leveraging PLM tools to accelerate CMC and enable Digital CMC

  • Lead diverse, global Accenture teams setting strategy, coaching and driving engagement

  • Create PLM, product development, product launch and data management thought leadership for clients across Life Sciences.

  • Shape client’s launch and CMC transformation vision, focus areas, and journey from the current state to a “to-be” optimized journey

  • Provide point-of-view on Life Sciences supply chain solutions to deliver on transformational goals along with strengths and weaknesses of various industry solutions.

  • Collaborate with senior client leaders to ensure buy-in to recommended solutions.

  • Oversee the design and implementation of Life Sciences Supply Chain solutions, processes, and operating model specifically for PLM, Digital CMC and Product development and launch

  • Help to develop and expand the Life Sciences Supply Chain Services consulting portfolio through thought leadership and opportunity identification.

  • Manage business development opportunities to bring innovative solutions and ways of working to clients.

  • Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients.

  • Manage workstreams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.

  • Serve as the planner/architect for a delivery initiative.

Travel - candidates must be willing to travel up to 75% to client locations

      Who do we need - Basic Qualifications:

      • Minimum of 5 years’ experience scoping and delivering Life Sciences transformation and innovation technology advisory solutions and services that

      • Minimum of 2 years of external experience at a consulting firm or 3 years of internal consulting experience in a role within Life Sciences (biopharma or medical device)

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5 years work experience.

      Bonus Points:

      Prior Life Sciences experience doing any planning functions:

      • Experience implementing Digital CMC tools such as QBD Vision, DTLS, etc

      • You can use the latest data analytics tools to spot opportunities for improvement.

      Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
