Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs and contribute to the overall improvement of processes, ensuring that the solutions developed are both effective and user-friendly. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application design. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of application features. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with business process modeling and requirements gathering. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to create detailed technical documentation and user guides. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
