Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in shaping the functionality and user experience of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the design and development of application features - Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met - Participate in architectural discussions and provide technical guidance Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions - Strong understanding of data mapping and conversion processes - Experience in designing and implementing complex data mapping solutions - Knowledge of Workday integration tools and technologies - Hands-on experience with ETL tools and processes Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A mandatory Workday Related certification is requiredMandatory to have Workday Related certification 15 years full time education
