Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in shaping the functionality and user experience of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead design discussions to ensure the application meets business needs - Conduct regular reviews of application designs and provide feedback for improvements Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Talent Management - Strong understanding of application design principles - Experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions - Knowledge of integration techniques and best practices - Hands-on experience with application prototyping and testing Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Talent Management - This position is based at our Pune office - A mandatory Workday Related certification is requiredMandatory to have Workday Related certification 15 years full time education
