Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, addressing any challenges that arise, and providing guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the applications developed meet the needs of stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design and development of IBM Sterling Commerce solutions across Order Management, Fulfilment, and Integration. • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Sterling Inventory modules such as RTAM, Inventory Sync, and Inventory Adjustments. • Configure Sterling agents, queues, participant modelling, and database extensions. • Understand and apply Sterling cloud architecture and integration patterns. • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. • Debug logs and support maintenance teams in resolving production issues. • Identify test scenarios, validate mapping sheets, and support UAT and hypercare support. • Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure solution adoption. • Mentor team members, facilitate knowledge sharing, and drive continuous improvement. • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: • Proficiency in IBM Sterling Commerce (configuration, APIs, and integration). • Strong Core Java skills. • Deep understanding of Sterling architecture and e-commerce platforms. • Experience in application design, development, and troubleshooting. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Good-to-Have: • Spring Boot and Microservices experience. • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). • Background in Retail or Fashion Retail industry.15 years full time education
