Job Summary:
You will work closely with our clients and the Accenture Song team to lead and grow client accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and driving the overall strategic direction of campaigns. With 7-14 years of experience, you will oversee multiple accounts, managing both B2B and B2C clients while providing strategic direction to a team of account managers and executives.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C markets.
  • Lead a team of account managers and executives, providing strategic direction and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and driving long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, media, and production teams to deliver integrated and effective marketing solutions.
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, pitching to potential clients, and expanding account portfolios.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand strategy.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and Gen AI tools to bring innovative solutions to client projects.
  • Navigate challenges in a fast-paced environment, proactively identifying risks and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Maintain quality control across all deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand standards and marketing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Strong portfolio or samples of work demonstrating strategic, end to end account management and key stakeholder management.
  • In-depth knowledge of branding, creative development and execution, digital marketing, and campaign deployment
  • Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations.
  • Hands-on experience and understanding of relevant tools / platforms
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Good research, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and knowledge of using AI and GenAI tools.
  • Experience in working across multiple industries.
  • Experience in setting up and growing teams to meet needs across skills, geographies and industries.
