Job Summary:
As the Strategy Director you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that drive business growth and achieve client objectives. With 7-10 years of experience, this role requires a deep understanding of both B2B and B2C markets, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and consumer insights. You will work closely with account, creative, and production teams to develop integrated marketing solutions that deliver measurable results.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of strategists, providing guidance and support to ensure that all strategic initiatives are aligned with client goals. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as the role involves presenting strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and align with client objectives across B2B and B2C markets.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform data-driven marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with account, creative, and production teams to develop integrated marketing solutions that deliver measurable results.
- Lead a team of strategists, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
- Present strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, translating complex insights into clear, actionable plans.
- Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high-quality deliverables.
- Stay ahead of emerging marketing technologies and industry innovations to bring fresh perspectives to client projects.
- Act as a key advisor to clients, building strong relationships and ensuring long-term business success.
- Apply problem-solving skills to proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and navigate challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Gen AI tools and their applications in marketing strategy would be an added advantage.
Professional and Technical Skills:
- Strong portfolio or samples of work demonstrating strategic, end to end account management and key stakeholder management.
- In-depth knowledge of branding, creative development and execution, digital marketing, and campaign deployment
- Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations.
- Hands-on experience and understanding of relevant tools / platforms
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Good research, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong presentation skills and knowledge of using AI and GenAI tools.
- Experience in working across multiple industries.
- Experience in setting up and growing teams to meet needs across skills, geographies and industries.

Experience: 10+ years of branding, overseeing end-to-end execution, social strategy or advertising experience in account management or related role with a major consulting firm or advertising agency or leading MNC.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business or Marketing
