We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Go-to-Market Sales Lead to join our team and lead our efforts in bringing the best of our data-driven AI solutions to help solve our clients’ most complex challenges.

The Work:

  • As the Data and AI Go-To-Market Lead, you will focus on the Canadian market to drive growth and demand with our ever evolving complement of data and AI services and offerings.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for data and AI-driven solutions across our practice and industry groups.

  • Partner closely with VP and C-suite clients, story-telling our value proposition while shaping potential deals and opportunities.

  • Originate, qualify, and close new deals for the Accenture with our clients for our Song Data and AI practice. This includes leading client facing pre-sales activities, developing the sales strategy and crafting the narrative that sets us apart.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with solution development and data and AI capabilities tailored to address our clients’ biggest challenges related to customer growth and experience.

  • Drive strategic growth initiatives to expand our data and AI presence in the Canadian market by analyzing market trends and client needs to identify opportunities for new solutions and differentiating capabilities.

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to capture market share and increase the effectiveness of business development activities.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 10+ years experience in Sales leadership, preferably in the technology or AI industry.

  • 10+ years experience in leading Data and AI-driven solutions

  • 5+ years experience with the ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for this position

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
