You Are:
We are looking for an innovative, forward-thinking, and highly skilled Copywriter to join our Creative team. We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated, and inspirational candidate with exceptional writing skills and a comprehensive understanding of how brands connect with audiences across an ecosystem. You will concept and craft copy as part of an interdisciplinary agency team that includes strategists, art directors, designers, data/analysts, technology, and studio production specialists.
The Work:
Working under the direction of a Creative Director and often in partnership with a designer, you will own copy concepts and craft written solutions that solve an array of creative challenges while maintaining or developing optimal writing workflows.
Oversee and be hands-on in the creation of copy across various formats and lengths, applying principles of brand voice, tone, clarity, storytelling, and audience engagement.

Conceptualize and write CRM solutions that are on brief, on brand, and leverage brand style guides and strategic principles, including:
Writing engaging email campaigns, from custom creative to template-based executions.
Developing copy for loyalty programs, membership communications, and personalized user journeys.
Crafting digital direct marketing messages such as SMS, push notifications, and dynamic banners.
Applying data-driven insights to write dynamic and personalized content.
Prepare flawless deliverables for handoff to developers, producers, and clients.
Present and defend solutions to other creatives, account leaders, and clients.
Thrive on interdisciplinary collaboration with copywriters, designers, project managers, strategists, and development teams.
Communicate with clients and internal teams in an effective and professional manner.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
5+ years of copy writing experience in B2C client work.
5+ years of work experience in an agency environment.

Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building designs and executions, compelling visual solutions, and design and interactive experiences, including:
CRM examples that showcase your knowledge and creativity in the space.
Print/OOH work that showcases your design skills.
Any additional work that shows your creative approach to problem-solving.
A track record of diverse experiences and an understanding of current visual trends with a current aesthetic sensibility.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
Experience in all media platforms – digital, social, film, longform content, and print.
Ability to multitask, manage simultaneous projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Experience using GenAI as part of your workflow.
Expertise in strategic brainstorming, brand design, and campaign development.
Comfortable presenting and defending work to internal teams and clients.
A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for this position.
Bonus Points if You Have:
Bachelor’s degree in design, visual arts, advertising, digital media, or a related field.
Participated in new business initiatives.
