POSITION TITLE: Service Delivery Senior Manager - Insurance

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver the end-to-end contract or a component of the contract aligned to the solution plan, ensuring project meets contractual and economic commitments.
Accountable for project management, including scope, timeline, risk, and quality management. Build and engage high performance teams, ensuring the right talent plan to achieve contract outcomes.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have at least 12 years of experience in Service Delivery with strong Insurance background
• Must have at least 10 years of Leadership experience (Sr. Manager)
