Job Description
Reporting to the Manager of People Service, the Sr. Clerk will provide front-line solutions to our colleagues’ Payroll, Pension & Benefits inquiries or triage them to our Subject Matter Experts for optimal resolution.
WORK YOU’LL DO
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Provide excellent customer service in response to inquiries from current and terminated colleagues, and external vendors and agencies regarding corporate programs, policies and processes
Become a front-line representative for colleague questions or concerns through emails, telephone and/or self-serve
Support colleagues and Subject Matter Expert’s inquiries in Service Now
Manage multiple tasks while being responsible for your own workload in a team based environment
Play a key role in assisting colleagues with Workday support
Implementation of new processes
Various other duties as required
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience within Absence Management or an equivalent HR field
- Bilingual in French and English, strong communication skills, written and verbal in both languages
- A Post Secondary education is required
Bonus Points:
- Previous experience with Service Now case management platform is an asset
- Ability to converse comfortably with business partners
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to
- work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet required deadlines targets
- Be flexible and able to adapt to change in a positive manner
- Strong Microsoft O365 is an asset
- Contribute to a positive working environment
- Time of Operation Monday to Friday 8 am 4 PM
