THE WORK:
- You’ll serve as primary liaison with ITM representative, overseeing the T5 IT implementation and ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- You’ll develop project scope, RFPs, budgets, schedules, and procurement processes for designers and contractors.
- You’ll direct, manage, and supervise all technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the IT portion of the T5 R&R project.
- You’ll coordinate with stakeholders, airport management, and design managers to resolve technical issues, manage design reviews, and support construction activities.
- You’ll oversee project delivery teams, ensuring adherence to contract terms, airport policies, and regulatory requirements.
- You’ll monitor permitting processes, RFIs, submittals, mockups, material approvals, testing, commissioning, and punch list activities.
- You’ll identify, analyze, and resolve complex design, constructability, and operational issues through surveys, investigations, and strategic planning.
- You’ll ensure quality assurance, safety standards, and compliance with approved plans, specifications, and change orders.
- You’ll track risks, prepare monthly risk reports, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays, cost overruns, or scope issues.
- You’ll manage financial compliance, including review of pay applications, change proposals, and proper documentation of change orders.
- You’ll provide technical guidance, IT submittal approvals, BIM oversight, and inter-project coordination for consistency across all disciplines.
- You’ll prepare reports, progress updates, briefings, and materials for senior management, program boards, and stakeholder meetings.
- You’ll lead project closeout, ensuring completion of documentation, contractual compliance, and efficient closure without unnecessary costs.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field required
- 10 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects
- Experience with projects more than $50 million in value
- Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR and Design/Build
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Master's degree preferred
- Optional certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc. or any other relevant professional license or certifications
