Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the design of business processes, focusing on their characteristics and key performance indicators to align with functional requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring that the designs are well understood and meet the necessary standards. You will also participate in quality management reviews, ensuring that all business and design requirements are fulfilled, while working closely with the Application Architect to develop a comprehensive process blueprint that drives application requirements and metrics. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate designs with stakeholders. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes, making adjustments as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in process mapping and documentation techniques. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with quality management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
