Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, addressing any challenges that arise, and providing guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the applications developed meet the needs of stakeholders effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - Develop and test PLSQL code to ensure high-quality applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize application requirements. - Troubleshoot and debug PLSQL code to resolve issues and ensure optimal performance. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in PLSQL and related technologies to ensure the development of cutting-edge applications. - Run and understand basic SQL queries to update and manipulate data. - Assist in generating routine reports and dashboards. - Support data validation and quality assurance processes. - Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements. - Document query logic and maintain data dictionaries. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - Good to have experience with Google BigQuery. - Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL. - Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. - Proficiency in SQL (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY). - Basic understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server). - Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
